Project requests

Altum Soluciones Digitales, in La Paz, Baja California Sur, uses the information you share to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and follow up on your project. You can contact us at altumlapaz@gmail.com.

The form asks for your name, email, project type and a description of your goal. Business name, phone, references, features, budget and date are optional. Do not send passwords, banking details or sensitive documents. Requesting a proposal does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

When you submit, data passes through FormSubmit, which performs security verification and forwards it to Altum's Gmail inbox. Responses are kept there for review and follow-up; they are not stored in the demo databases. According to its documentation, FormSubmit may retain an archive of submissions for 30 days. Altum newsletter and communications

We ask for your email and explicit consent to send you guides, news, updates and Altum marketing communications. Name and interests are optional. The subscription box is not preselected and this authorization is independent of a project request. Your request, interests, consent text and reference to this notice arrive in our email so we can manage the list manually.

You can withdraw consent, unsubscribe or change your interests by writing toaltumlapaz@gmail.comwith the subject Newsletter unsubscribe. Use the email you subscribed with to identify your record. We handle unsubscribe requests before sending another marketing campaign.

Inquiries and control of your data

You can request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, and stop receiving communications, at altumlapaz@gmail.com. We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the project; we review subscriptions and unsubscribe requests before every campaign. We do not publish subscribers' email addresses or their project details.

The WhatsApp form prepares a summary with your name, optional business name, project type, idea and consent. It is generated locally and is not sent when you prepare the preview. Opening the link shares the summary with WhatsApp; sending it to the chat is completed when you confirm within that service, where its own terms apply. This inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter. The site does not save form drafts in browser storage.

Demonstration information

Demo businesses, products, people, appointments, financial transactions, quotes and service orders are fictional. Use sample information only. Do not enter customer data, private documents, passwords or payment information.

Storage and sessions

Public demos save changes only in this browser's local storage. They require no signup and do not send products, appointments, orders or documents you enter to an Altum database. This also includes finances, sales opportunities, quotes, service orders, savings goals and support tickets. There is no synchronization across devices. A previous local copy is also retained to attempt recovery if the latest save cannot be read. Both copies remain in this browser and are removed with Delete my demo data.

The Reset demo button restores the data for the module you are using. Clearing browser data removes your local changes. The hosting provider may process technical logs, such as IP addresses and requests, to serve and protect the site.

Your motion-pause preference is also saved in this browser. CSV exports and quote printing are generated on your device.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, social networks, GitHub and client sites open services with their own policies. Interface fonts and images are served from this site. This version includes no advertising, advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
